Your property currently displays a house number on a “Yard Stake.” As you’ve likely noticed, these signs vary in appearance because they are easily moved or repositioned.

The HOA Board has been evaluating options to provide every homeowner with a more permanent and attractive house number sign. These new signs will be securely mounted to the exterior wall of your home in a uniform location that will be consistent throughout the phase 7.
